GREAT ICE CREAM 
6 eggs
2 pts. whipping cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
2 2/3 c. sugar
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
6 c. milk or enough to fill freezer can

Beat eggs until light, add sugar and salt gradually beating until mixture thickens and is lemon colored. Add vanilla, evaporated milk, 3 cups milk and pudding blend. Add cream and remaining milk. Cool freezer can before freezing. If desired add 3 cups fresh fruit. If fruit is added use less milk, more sugar may be necessary. When making peach add 1/2 tsp. almond extract in addition to vanilla.
