VANILLA ICE CREAM 
8 eggs
3 c. sugar
Milk
Ice
3 pt. half & half
4 tsp. vanilla
Ice cream salt

Beat eggs until thick, gradually add sugar and beat until creamy and thick. Add vanilla, slowly add half & half. Pour into freezer can, fill with milk to fill to line. Stir. Before putting ice in freezer let turn for a few minutes then put in ice the ice cream salt. Alternating until filled, continue until frozen.
