SALMON OR TUNA LOAF | |
Mix one can of salmon with juice and bones by hand or 2 cans white chunk tuna (drained), 1 egg, 3/4 can evaporated milk, salt, pepper, enough crushed crackers to hold together. Shape into loaf and bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes. Serve with sauce. SAUCE: 1 can cream of chicken soup with 4 hard boiled eggs, sliced. Heat and pour over each slice of salmon loaf. |
