SALMON LOAF SUPREME | |
1 lb. poached fresh or canned salmon 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese 1 beaten egg 1 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper 3/4 c. milk 1/2 c. cracker crumbs 1/2 tbsp. melted butter 1/2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1/2 tsp. salt 1 recipe piquant sauce Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Flake salmon and add remaining ingredients. Mix well and place in 1 1/2 quart loaf pan. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and bake 45-60 minutes. I usually always double this recipe. Serve with piquant sauce. |
