THE BEST SALSA VERDE 
5 green tomatillos (outside peeled)
5 sprigs of fresh cilantro
1/4 chopped onion
3 Serrano chilies (can substitute jalapeno pepper if want)

Boil the tomatillos and chilies for 10 minutes, until tender. Place tomatillos and chilies in food processor with tablespoon or so of the boiled water, combined with the chopped onion and cilantro until blended.

Serve warm over anything to add for flavor.
