SHIPWRECK 
2 onions, sliced
2 med. potatoes, sliced
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 c. diced celery
1 c. sliced carrots
1 can tomato soup
1 c. boiling water
Salt, pepper, paprika

Butter casserole dish, layer onions, carrots, celery, potatoes, hamburger and rice. Mix soup and water, pour over casserole. Season with salt and pepper. Bake at 250 to 300 degrees for 3 to 4 hours. Serves 2 adults & 3 children generously.
