CRISP COLE SLAW 
1 large cabbage head, sliced (about 3 lbs)
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
2 medium onions, chopped
1/4 c sugar
1 1/4 c vinegar
1 c vegetable oil
1 T salt
2 t celery seed

Combine cabbage, peppers and onion. Combine sugar, oil and vinegar in small saucepan and heat until sugar dissolves, let cool. Add all mixtures together and chill at least two hours in refrigerator.
