VEG-ALL CASSEROLE 
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables (or 4 cans)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 c. Velveeta cheese, chopped in pieces
1 tsp. salt
Pepper (to taste)
1 tbsp. sugar (optional)
1 stick butter
1 tube pkg. Ritz crackers

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil vegetables in 3 cups water until done; drain. Then stir together vegetables, mayonnaise and Velveeta cheese, adding salt, pepper and sugar. Put in baking dish.

Melt butter, then crumble Ritz crackers and mix with melted butter and spread on top of casserole. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.
