HEARTY FIESTA BURGERS 
1 egg
1/4 c. taco sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
3/4 c. saltine crumbs
Chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can Mexi-beans
1/2 c. cheese, shredded

In mixing bowl, combine egg, cracker crumbs, taco sauce, onion, and salt. Add ground beef and mix well. Shape into 6 patties about 3 inches in diameter.

In 12-inch skillet, brown patties on both sides. Pour soup over meat; top with beans and chilies. Cook, covered, over low heat 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and heat until cheese melts, about 2 minutes.
