TURKEY CASSEROLE 
3 hard cooked eggs
2 pkg. frozen broccoli
8 sleigh turkey or 1 to 2 cups of chopped turkey
Slivered almonds (optional)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
Buttered cracker crumbs

Cook broccoli, according to package instructions, drain. Arrange broccoli in 8x10 casserole. Place 1 egg shredded on top of the broccoli and some almonds, cover with turkey and remainder of eggs and some more almonds. Mix next five ingredients. Pour over turkey and broccoli. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Yields 8 servings.
