SALSA SAUCE 
6 to 8 hot peppers, chopped
8 c. peeled and cut up tomatoes
3 med. onions, cut up and put in blender
12 oz. tomato paste
1/2 c. white vinegar
1 tbsp. pepper
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. garlic, fresh, minced
1 bunch celery, put through blender

Simmer all ingredients 1 1/2 hours. Process in boiling water bath for 20 minutes.
