1/2 tsp. salt, in jar

Put tomatoes in pan in hot water and peel. Squeeze with fingers to get peelings off. Add: 1 to 2 onions 5 to 10 hot peppers Season to taste

Bring to boil, then run through blender. Boil again and then remove watery liquid from top to make thicker.
