4 qts. chopped tomatoes
2 c. chopped green peppers
1 c. chopped red pepper
4 chopped jalapeno peppers, seeds and all
1 c. chopped onion
4 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. brown sugar

Mix all this well.

Add: 1 pkg. taco sauce

Mix and bring to a boil. Simmer 2 hours. Pour in hot jars. Process in hot water bath 30 minutes for pints.
