CREAMY LOW - CALORIE SALAD
DRESSING
 
1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1/4 c. lemon juice or vinegar
1/2 c. tomato juice

Blend all ingredient with hand beater until very smooth. Store in covered jar in refrigerator.

Makes 1 3/4 cups, with 14 calories per 2 tablespoons.
