HOLIDAY CRANBERRY SALAD | |
20 oz. canned pineapple (unsweetened) 12 oz. whole cranberries 2 pkgs. unflavored gelatin 3/4 c. honey 1 fresh orange 1 c. celery 1/2 c. walnuts 1 grated apple, unpeeled Cook cranberries in saucepan for 5 minutes. Drain juice from pineapple. Dissolve gelatin in the juice. Let set 5 minutes and add to cranberries. Blend in blender the orange and part of the cranberry mixture. Add 3/4 cup honey and rest of mixture for about 30 seconds in blender. Blend remaining ingredients and pour into bowl and let set. Garnish with orange slice. |
