1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
6 oz. milk or white chocolate pieces
1/2 c. coarsely chopped dried apricots

1. Microwave walnuts on high in 9 inch glass pie plate until lightly toasted. Cool.

2. Place chocolate in 1 pint glass measuring cup with handle and microwave on high 1 1/2 minutes. Stir until evenly melted.

3. Fold in walnuts and apricots.

4. Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper. Let stand until cool. Makes 1 1/2 dozen (about 3/4 pound).
