1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. white corn syrup
1 c. water
2 tbsp. strawberry gelatin
1 qt. strawberries, trimmed and washed
3/4 c. sugar

Mix sugar, cornstarch, syrup and water together; bring to a boil and cook until clear and thick, remove from heat and add gelatin powder, stir until dissolved, cool, arrange fruit in pie shell, pour mixture over and chill. P.S. Try same recipe with peaches and peach gelatin.
