PECAN PIE 
3 eggs
3/4 c. Dixie Crystals granulated sugar
1 c. brown corn syrup
1 heaping tbsp. butter
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, broken
1 unbaked pie shell

Beat eggs thoroughly. Add sugar and corn syrup. Add butter, salt, vanilla and pecans. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake in 400°F oven for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 300°F to 325°F and bake an hour.
