GREEN CHILI AND CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream style corn
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs, beaten slightly
1 c. yellow corn meal
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 oz. chopped chilies
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup of cheese. Pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
