GREEN CHILI CORN CASSEROLE | |
1 (16 oz.) can yellow cream corn 1 c. biscuit mix 1 egg, beaten 2 tbsp. salad oil 1/2 c. milk 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained 6 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated Combine corn, biscuit mix, egg, salad oil and milk. Spread half of this mixture in a greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Cover with chopped chilies and cheese. Spread remaining batter over the top. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6-8. |
