ICE CREAM CAKE 
1 1/2 c. crushed Rice Chex
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. melted butter (use more if needed)
1 c. flaked coconut

Mix above ingredients and press half or more in pan, press down firmly. Add layer of ice cream. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Press down and freeze. Use 9 x 9 inch pan.
