1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. sausage
3 1/2 c. Bisquick mix

Mix ingredients and roll into small balls. To bake, place balls on cookie sheet about 1 inch apart. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes about 75.
