THE BROCCOLI CASSEROLE THAT KYM
WHARTON SERVES
 
6 eggs, beaten
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. of frozen broccoli, thawed
1 lg. container of cottage cheese
6 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 can French Fried onions

Mix broccoli and eggs. Add flour, cottage cheese, butter, salt and 1/2 of the cheese. Also add onions. Pour in a 3 quart casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
