SERVES - A - BUNCH VEGGIE
CASSEROLE
 
1 lg. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
1 c. cheddar cheese, diced
1/2 stick butter
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. onion, diced
1 c. mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients and place in a 2 quart casserole. Mix together 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed, and 1/2 stick melted butter and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
