GREEN PEPPER JELLY 
7 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
6 sm. green peppers
1 bottle fruit pectin
Green food coloring

Combine peppers, sugar and vinegar. Boil 3 minutes. Stir in pectin and food coloring. Strain. Pour into sterilized jelly glasses; seal with paraffin. Serve with biscuits and cream cheese.
