GREEN PEPPER JELLY 
4 lg. bell peppers
6 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
2 pkg. Certo
2 tsp. dried red (crushed) pepper

Grind peppers in food processor. Mix with sugar and vinegar and bring to a boil. Add Certo and red pepper. Bring to a second boil and cook 30 minutes until thickened. Then process.
