1 pkg. applesauce cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. molasses
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheets. Combine cake mix, eggs, butter, molasses and nuts; stir by hand until mixed well. Drop cookie batter by rounded teaspoonfuls into coconut. Roll to coat. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
