STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE 
2 1/3 c. Bisquick
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
Sweetened sliced strawberries
Whipped cream

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix Bisquick, sugar, butter and milk with fork to a soft dough. Knead 8 to 10 times. Roll dough 1/2" thick and cut with 3" cutter. Bake about 10 minutes. Cool. Serve with berries and whipped cream.
