BOZI MILOSTI 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. cream (sweet or sour)
2 tbsp. rum or heavy wine
1 tsp. salt

Mix eggs with cream and rum; add flour and salt, stirring and kneading on the floured board until smooth. Roll out thin as for noodles. Cut in 3 x 3 inch diamond shapes. Makes 2 one-inch slits in the middle of each piece and fry in deep fat on both sides. Remove to paper towel and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 egg yolk
1 whole egg
2 tbsp. cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon juice or sm. amount of grated lemon rind (if desired)
