CHICKEN STUFF 
3-4 chicken breasts, cooked, deboned, and chopped
2 lb. mixed frozen vegetables
5-6 med. potatoes, peeled, chopped and cooked
1 med. onion, finely chopped
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 c. milk

In Dutch oven, melt butter, saute onion. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk all at once. Cook until thick and bubbly. Add all other ingredients. Bring to boil, cook 2 minutes more and serve.
