CHILI 
1 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. celery chopped fine
1/2 finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
4 twists of pepper mill
1 tsp. chili powder
2 (2 lb.) cans of tomatoes
1 c. water
1 (8 oz.) package elbow macaroni

Brown the hamburger in the butter, add the celery and onions and cook until tender. Add the salt, pepper and chili powder. Stir in the tomatoes and water. Add the uncooked elbow macaroni. Simmer for 1 hour or until the macaroni is tender. Serve piping hot with Saltines.
