HEARTY CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. chili seasoning
3 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
4 (15 oz.) cans water
1 (15 oz.) can hot chili beans
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
5 stalks celery, chopped
1 1/2 c. cooked elbow macaroni
1 (15 oz.) can tomato (opt.)

In large kettle, brown ground beef. Drain. Add 3 cans of tomato sauce, 4 cans of water and chili seasoning. Simmer 20 minutes. Add onion, green pepper and celery. Simmer 30 minutes. Add chili beans, simmer 30 minutes. Add macaroni and any other seasonings and cook on low for 1 hour. Stir often. Serve with oyster crackers. 10 to 12 servings.
