CHILI MACQUICHE 
1 pkg. (7 oz.) elbow macaroni
2 tbsp. butter
1 green pepper, diced
1 med. onion, diced
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tomato, diced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1-2 cans chili

Cook macaroni according to directions, drain. Saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender; combine with macaroni and remaining ingredients except chili.

Spoon into greased 12 inch quiche dish or 9 inch square pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for abut 50 minutes. Top each serving with heated chili. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
