CHILI 
50 lb. hamburger
Salt
Pepper
6 lb. onions, chopped fine
10 bunches celery, chopped and cooked until soft
12 pkg. dry chili seasoning (French's or McCormick's)
27 (16 oz.) cans chili or kidney beans, drained
5 (2 lb.) boxes elbow macaroni
72 (26 oz.) cans tomato soup, mixed with
36 cans water before adding to nesco
1/4-1/2 c. chili powder per nesco
Touch of sugar per nesco

Brown hamburger with salt, pepper and onions. Drain grease; divide hamburger and celery into nesco's. add 1 1/2-2 packages of dry chili seasoning to each nesco. Divide beans equally among nesco's. Add tomato soup and water mixture equally to each nesco. Add sugar and chili powder. Simmer for 1-2 hours or until heated thoroughly.

Day of serving cook and add macaroni equally to each nesco.
