CHILI A `LA SUSIE 
2 lb. lean ground round
2 lg. onions
2 lg. green peppers
2 cans (15 oz.) tomatoes, cut up
2 cans (15 oz.) kidney beans
2 pkg. French's chili-o mix
1 med. stalk celery

Chop onions, green peppers and celery. Add to ground beef, cover and cook slowly in a large pot. Stir to break up ground beef. When vegetables feel tender, add French's chili-o mix, cut up tomatoes and kidney beans. Simmer a while. (This is a good time to make some corn bread to serve with the chili!)
