CHILI MAC 
4 lbs. hamburger
2 onions
2 pkgs. of chili mix
1 bunch of carrots, sliced in squares
1 bunch of celery, cut very small
3 green peppers, cut small
4 tbsp. cornstarch and 1/2 c. of water
3 cans of kidney beans
Elbow macaroni or oyster crackers
2 bottles. chili sauce
Salt and pepper to taste (if low sodium diet skip the salt or 1/3 less salt)

Brown hamburger with onions and packages of chili mix in large skillet. Strain the grease. Cook carrots, celery and green pepper in large pot until soft. Then add the hamburger, kidney beans, and the bottles of chili sauce. Thicken with cornstarch and water (not too thick or too thin). Then serve with elbow macaroni or crackers. Use your judgment on the cornstarch depending on how much liquid is left.
