MILLION DOLLAR CAKE 
1 (9 oz.) Jiffy cake mix
1 egg
1/2 c. water

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. milk
1 (3 1/8 oz.) instant vanilla or pineapple pudding and pie filling

1 c. whipping cream 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla

Blend cake mix, egg and water. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Bake in 9x13 inch pan for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

Beat filling about 2 minutes until thick and smooth. Pour over cooled cake. Drain pineapple. Drop on top of pudding with a spoon.

Beat whipping cream, add sugar and vanilla. Spread over pineapple and refrigerate until ready to serve.
