1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 can coconut
1 sm. can pineapple
1 tsp. cinnamon
Nuts (optional)

Mix all ingredients and bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes or until done.

ICING:

2/3 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box confectioners' sugar
Chopped nuts
