3 egg whites 1 c. light or dark corn syrup 1 tsp. vanilla dash of salt Combine egg whites, salt, syrup and vanilla in a bowl. Beat until frosting is of fluffy spreading consistency. Will frost tops and sides of two 8-inch layers. Variations: Honey may be substituted for the syrup. |
