TROPICAL CREAM CHEESE SPREAD 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. apricot preserves
1/4 c. crushed pineapple
2 tsp. honey
1/3 c. flaked coconut

Combine cream cheese, preserves, crushed pineapple and honey mixing until blended. Add coconut and mix well. Chill. Serve with fruit bread slices. Makes 1 2/3 cups. Keeps well.
