PINEAPPLE CREAM CHEESE SPREAD | |
1 sm. can crushed pineapple 1/4 c. butter 1/2 c. sugar 3 tbsp. self rising flour 8 oz. cream cheese 1/2 c. mayonnaise Cook the first 4 ingredients until thicken. Take off stove and add 8 oz. cream cheese and 1/2 cup mayonnaise. Put in ice box until firm. Makes a delicious sandwich spread. Will keep for several weeks. |
