CHICKEN & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli cuts, cooked & drained
4 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. bread crumbs
Butter, melted

Simmer chicken in water with small onion, stalk of celery, salt and pepper for one hour. Cool and slice into pieces. In medium mixing bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, juice, mustard and curry to form sauce. In large casserole layer broccoli, chicken, sauce and cheese. Repeat layers. Top with bread crumbs and pour melted butter over top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
