PEACHES & CREAM CHEESE CAKE 
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding
3 tbsp. soft butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
15 oz. can sliced peaches

Combine all ingredients except peaches and beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased 9" deep pie pan or square pan. Drain peaches (reserve liquid). Place peaches over batter in pan. 1/2 c. sugar 3 tbsp. peach juice 1 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Beat cream cheese, sugar and peach juice for 2 minutes. Spoon over peaches. Leave 1" space around outside edge. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over top. Bake 30 to 35 minutes in 350 degree oven. Crust will be golden brown, but filling looks soft.
