PUMPKIN ORANGE MUFFINS 
1 3/4 C. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. mace
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped raisins
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. orange juice
1 egg
1 tsp. orange peel (or more)
3/4 c. canned pumpkin (without added spices)

TOPPING:

1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tbsp. white sugar

Stir dry ingredients into large bowl. Stir in brown sugar, raisins and walnuts. Beat together oil, milk, juice, egg, peel and pumpkin. Pour into dry mixture. Stir to blend. Fill muffin cups. Sprinkle topping mixture on batter and bake at 400 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes. Makes 12 large muffins
