STRAWBERRY BREAD (2 loaves) 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 banana, mashed
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. nonstick cooking spray

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine dry ingredients into large bowl. Make a well in the center. In a separate small bowl mix remaining 5 ingredients together. Pour fruit mixture into well and gently stir by hand. Coat 2 non-stick bread pans with cooking spray and pour mixture into pans evenly. Bake for 1 hour or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
