KONA INN BANANA BREAD (2 LOAVES) 
1 1/2 to 2 c. granulated sugar, depending how sweet you want it
1 c. butter, softened
6 ripe bananas, mashed about 3 cups
4 eggs well beaten
2 1/2 c. cake flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

With electric beater cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add bananas and eggs, beating until well mixed. Sift together dry ingredients 3 times. Blend with banana mixture, but not to over mix.

Pour into 2 lightly greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour until firm in center and edges begin to separate from pans. Cool on rack for 10 minutes before removing. These freeze beautifully.
