EASY VEGETABLE SALAD | |
1 lb. bunch broccoli 1 (16 oz.) can ripe olives, drained & sliced 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts 1 med. size green pepper, cut into strips 1 med. onion, chopped 4 stalks celery, sliced 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced 1 pt. cherry tomatoes, halved 16 oz. bottle commercial Italian salad dressing Combine first 8 ingredients in large bowl. Add dressing. Toss gently. Chill 1 to 2 hours before serving. Keeps well. |
