1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk

TOPPING:

1 1/2 lb. beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can mushrooms
Pizza sauce
Cheese

Mix batter in small bowl. Mix until smooth. Pour in baking dish. Arrange topping of meat, onion, and mushrooms. Bake on low rack at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes until pizza is deep golden brown. remove from oven and drizzle with pizza sauce and sprinkle with cheese, return to oven 10-15 minutes.
