SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 stick butter (melted)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. sweet milk

TOPPING:

1 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 stick melted butter

Mix all ingredients (first section). Pour into greased baking dish.

Mix ingredients for topping together and spread over souffle. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees F. (177 degrees C.).
