TOLL HOUSE CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIES
 
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp., salt
2 sticks butter
3/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. water
2 eggs
6 oz. chocolate chips

Sift flour, soda and salt; set aside. Cream butter, sugars, vanilla and water. Add eggs. Add flour mixture gradually. Mix in chocolate chips. Drop on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. NOTE: Keep chocolate chips in freezer and microwave 30 to 45 seconds before using.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
